The Elite Wedding Program Agreement:

The Silvermind Portrait Company agrees to provide the following services for the Elite Wedding Program:

The company will provide the bride and groom with an engagement portrait sitting to include 12 4x6 photographs to be included in the 4x6 album. This photo session must be completed no later than two weeks prior to the wedding date. If the bride or groom decides not to have this portrait session, rescheduling after the wedding will not be allowed, and there will be no reduction of the overall price of the wedding program price.
We will provide (1) 11x14 Canvas mounted print from either the engagement photos, or the bridal photo session.
We will arrive prior to the wedding at a time specified by the bride and remain with the wedding party until complete coverage of the wedding has taken place to the satisfaction of the bride and groom. We will provide a multimedia CD of the wedding photographs. We agree to provide a preview album to include up to 150 4x6 photographs no later than six weeks after the wedding. We will provide two 5x7 albums with 24 photographs each and one 8x10 album with 24 photographs. All albums must be selected from a catalog provided by the studio. If the bride and groom provide their own album(s), there will be no reduction in the price of the original wedding program price. All wedding albums shall be ordered no later than (6) six months after the date of the wedding. Albums or Photographic prints not ordered or left, not picked up, after one year shall not be the responsibility of the Company. Furthermore the company will not be responsible for producing or reproducing these albums or prints after one year.
The total charge for the elite wedding program is $2750.00. A $900.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the signing of this agreement. If the company is not able to fulfill its obligation on the wedding day, this deposit will be refunded. The balance due will be paid no later than the day of the wedding. All prices are subject to VA sales tax.

The Deluxe Wedding Program Agreement:

The Silvermind Portrait Company agrees to provide the following services for the Deluxe Wedding Program:

We will provide the bride and groom with an engagement portrait sitting to include 12 4x6 photographs to be included in the 4x6 album. If the bride decides not to have the portrait session, rescheduling after the wedding will not be allowed, and there will be no reduction of the overall price of the wedding program price. We agree to provide a 4x5 album to include up to 150 4x5 photographs no later than four weeks after the wedding. We will provide one 5x7 album with 24 photographs, and one 8x10 album with 24 photographs. All albums must be selected from a catalog provided by the studio. If the bride or groom does not make an album selection, the studio will make the selection. If the bride or groom provides there, own album(s) there will be no reduction in the original wedding program price. All wedding albums shall be ordered no later than (6) six months after the date of the wedding. Albums or Photographic prints not ordered or left, not picked up, after one year shall not be the responsibility of the Company. Furthermore the company will not be responsible for producing or reproducing these albums or prints after one year.
The total charge for the Deluxe Wedding Program is $2400.00. A $ 1200.00 non-refundable deposit will be paid at the signing of this agreement. If the company is not able to fulfill its obligation on the wedding day this deposit will be refunded. The balance due will be paid no later than the day of the wedding. All prices are subject to VA sales tax.
For valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by you, any and all photographs, negative or positive, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me.

All prices are subject to VA sales tax.

If the company is not able to fulfill its obligation on the wedding day, this deposit will be refunded. The balance due will be paid no later than the day of the wedding. All prices are subject to VA sales tax.

The Commemorative Wedding Program Agreement:

The Silvermind Portrait Company agrees to provide the following services for the Commemorative Wedding Program:

We will arrive one hour prior to the start of the wedding at a predetermined location and remain with the wedding party for up to 6 hours. We agree to a thirty minutes extension on the six hours time limit, after which time an hourly rate of $150.00 will be charged for the full hour. We agree to provide a preview album to include up to 100 4x6 photographs no later than six weeks after the wedding. We will provide the bride and groom with two 8x10 color prints of their choice in folios. Albums or Photographic prints not ordered or left, not picked up, after one year shall not be the responsibility of the Company. Furthermore the company will not be responsible for producing or reproducing these albums or prints after one year.
The total charge for the Commemorative Wedding Program is $ 950.00. There is a $ 475.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the signing of this agreement. If the company is not able to fulfill its obligation on the wedding day this deposit will be refunded The balance will be due no later than the day of the wedding. All prices are subject to VA sales tax.

The Basic Wedding Program Agreement::

The Silvermind Portrait Company agrees to provide the following services for the Basic Wedding Program:
We will arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start of the wedding at a predetermined location and remain with the wedding party for up to 4 hours. All photos will be posted to the Internet via the Silvermind Portrait Company web site, where reprints and enlargements can be ordered.
The total charge for the Basic Wedding Program is $ 400.00. This is a $ 400.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the signing of this agreement. If the company is not able to fulfill its obligation on the wedding day this deposit will be refunded. All prices are subject to VA sales tax.
