The Elite Wedding Program

This grouping of portraits and albums provides complete coverage of the wedding while ensuring both sets of parents have a memento of the day with a portrait album of their own.

Photo coverage begins four weeks before the wedding date with a timely engagement portrait sitting. This photo session can be done in a studio environment or at a natural setting of the bride and grooms choice. Photo proofs will be provided to the bride and groom so they can submit them to the media for their wedding announcement.

On the day of the wedding, the photographer will arrive at a predetermined location one hour before the ceremony. Casual but formal portraits will be taken of the bride and her family.

Upon arriving at the church, portraits will be taken of the groom and his best man along with the ushers.

After complete coverage of the ceremony, formal portraits will take place at the alter. These portraits will include the wedding party and both their immediate families. The formal portraits require a minimum of 45 minutes to complete. Please allow this time when planning your reception.

At the reception, the photographer will take a variety of candid photographs, along with all the important ceremonial portraits. Additionally, a studio setting will be provided for custom portraiture of the wedding party or any of their family or guests. We have found that this added feature to the program has contributed greatly to the success of the wedding albums.

Six weeks after the wedding the preview album will be delivered to the bride and groom. Selections for the 8x10 and 5x7 albums will be made at that time. After the selections have been completed and the preview album has been returned to the studio, we will complete your albums and return them along with the preview album within 25 days

Our Deluxe Wedding Program is an extension of the service we provide in the Elite Wedding Program. While taking into account the photographic needs of the customer, we deliver a slightly reduced quantity of pictures.

We begin coverage of your wedding with an engagement portrait sitting four weeks before the wedding. The photo proofs will be provided to the bride and groom so they may submit them to the media for their wedding announcement.

On the day of the wedding, the photographer will arrive one hour before the ceremony at a predetermined location. This time will be allocated for casual but formal portraits of the bride and her parents. If the maid of honor or brides maids are to be included in these portraits, they should be completely ready at this location when the photographer arrives.

After completing the portraits of the bride and her family, we will move to the wedding site and photograph the groom and his best man/ushers. We will provide complete coverage of the ceremony, while using the utmost tact not to disrupt the mood of the proceedings.

Formal group portraits will be taken directly after the ceremony. These portraits will include the wedding party and both sets of parents and family members. The time required for these portraits is 45 minutes, so please allow for this time when planning your reception.

While at the reception the photographer will take a variety of candid photographs to capture the feeling of the moment. We will work with the catering staff and the musicians, to ensure timely portraits of all the formal events. In addition, we will provide a small studio setting at the reception to create high quality portraits of the bride and groom, their families, and any guests who wish to make your wedding album a guaranteed success.

The Custom Wedding Program

Our Custom Wedding Program is designed with the couple in mind who would prefer to design their own wedding albums, yet wish to keep the highest standard of coverage of their wedding.

A time- honored engagement portrait sitting will be taken four weeks before the wedding. This photo session can be done at a location selected by the couple or in a studio setting. The proofs will be returned in time to ensure that they are submitted to the media for their wedding announcement.

We begin coverage of your wedding day one hour before the wedding, at a predetermined location. Family portraits will be taken at this time and may include bridesmaids or close relatives.

Upon arriving at the church, portraits will be taken of the groom and his best man along with the ushers. We will provide complete coverage of the wedding ceremony while remaining discrete.

Formal group portraits will be taken directly after the ceremony. These portraits will include the wedding party, both sets of parents and family members. The formal portraits require a minimum of 45 minutes to complete. Please allow for this time when planning your reception.
